The IPI mastermind is application only. The real power and value of the group comes from the members, so my most important service to the group is to ensure it is filled with the right people.
It is perfect for you, if:
- You’re an established property investor with several years of experience and are generating £10,000+ per month in rental income.
- You want to continue growing your business over the next 12 months, possibly grow faster than you’ve grown before, but you’re starting to feel like the bottleneck to that growth is YOU.
- You are hungry to learn, to try new ideas, embrace failure as a step towards success, and to share your own insights and experiences to help the rest of the group succeed as well.
- You’d rather be part of a community than a lone wolf. You value your network, will show up for other members when they need you, and make group sessions a priority in your business.
N.B. - the majority of our time together is scheduled during ‘office hours’. You do not need to be a full time property investor, but you will need to have enough flexibility in your day job to join calls between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
